Auth / identity

Meaning: Frontend uses mock/dev auth surfaces only.
Blocker: Production auth is not implemented or verified.
Next fix: Integrate the auth lane contract before production use.

Workspace foundation

Meaning: Reusable workspace shell routes exist but are hidden from primary operator navigation.
Blocker: Tenant/workspace product behavior is not the current control-room workflow.
